Requisition

All Central/State Drug Law Enforcement Agencies and CAPFs duly empowered under the NDPS Act may requisition NarK-9s available with nearest NCB Zonal Units by completing the following formalities:

  1. Print 'NarK-9 Requisition Form' from NCORD portal.
  2. Fill-in all fields of the NarK-9 Requisition Form.
  3. Forward the duly filled-in NarK-9 Requisition Form under necessary signature and Official Stamp of NarK-9 Nodal/Liaison Officer of requisitioning agency to jurisdictional NCB Zonal Unit (as per 'Contact Us' page of NCORD Portal / NCB Website) by Govt. email.
